Bishkek, Nov. 15, 2024. / Kabar /. On November 14, as part of the events for World Youth Day, a youth forum "Future Direction - Youth Development Platform" was held in Osh city of Kyrgyzstan.
The Osh Mayor's Office said that the event was attended by Deputy Mayor Nurbek Kadyrov, Chairman of the Youth Affairs Committee of the City Mayor's Office Zhanysh Zhusupbekov, Head of the Osh branch of the NGO "Interbilim" Gulgaki Mamasalieva, representatives of youth organizations, and youth from all regions of the republic.
As part of the event, information was provided on the activities of the city committee on youth affairs, and awards were given to distinguished youth representatives for their contribution to the development of youth policy and conscientious work as part of the events for World Youth Day and International Students' Day.
Young entrepreneurs and environmental activists made presentations on successful projects for all forum participants. Explanatory work was also carried out on the importance of youth participation in election processes.
