President Sadyr Zhaparov's working visit to Tatarstan over

Bishkek, Oct. 25, 2024. /Kabar/. The working visit of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov to Kazan, which took place on October 23-24, has ended.

As part of the visit, the head of state took part in the XVI BRICS summit.

In his speech at the extended meeting, Sadyr Zhaparov expressed the country's readiness to contribute to collective efforts to resolve key issues on the agenda, and a high interest in strengthening multifaceted cooperation with the participants of the event to develop friendship and partnership for the benefit of peoples.

The plenary session of the XVI BRICS summit in the outreach / BRICS Plus format was attended by BRICS members, heads of delegations of the invited states: Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain Abdullatif Al-Zayani, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh Mohammad Jashim Uddin, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, President of Bolivia Luis Alberto Arce Catacora, President of the Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia Sugiono, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith, Minister of Economy of Malaysia Rafizi Ramli, President of Mauritania Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazouani, Chief of Staff of the President of Mongolia Gombojavyn Zandanshatar, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nicaragua Waldrak Ludwing Jentzke Whitaker, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, Serbian Deputy Chairman Aleksandar Vulin, Sri Lankan First Deputy Foreign Minister Aruni Wijewardane, Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon, Thai Foreign Minister Marit Sangyangphong, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro Moros, Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Tinh, as well as heads of delegations of international organizations.

Having completed his working visit, President Sadyr Zhaparov returned to Bishkek on October 24.
