Bishkek, Nov. 4, 2024. /Kabar/. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan Bakyt Torobaev familiarized with the activities of a shoe factory in Sokuluk region of Chui Oblast.
The shoe factory of Imperial Group in Novopavlovka village is the first modern domestic shoe manufacturer that uses Italian robotic and digital technologies in sewing shoes, the Agriculture Ministry reported.
The company imports materials from Russia, Italy and Turkey, and produces high quality products for a wide market. The production capacity reaches 300,000 pairs per year, and the company employs about 100 people.
In the coming years, the company's management plans to expand production capacity to 1 million pairs per year and increase the number of employees to 300 people. It has also started installing solar panels in order to stabilize the power supply. This step will enable the company to obtain green certification and support environmentally friendly production. This is especially important for the integration of the company's brands into the European market.
At the end of the event, a number of decisions were made to fully assist the company in expanding export opportunities, utilizing renewable energy sources, and transitioning to green production.
