Bishkek, Nov. 11, 2024. / Kabar/. The Trade Mission of the Kyrgyz Republic held a business meeting with representatives of the Olma supermarket chain of Uzbekistan on the issue of expanding the range of Kyrgyz products supplied.
The Ministry of Economy reported that the prospects for introducing natural honey, pistachios, as well as products from Kyrgyz manufacturers such as Belaya Reka, Crystal and Alayku Organics to the Uzbek market were discussed. The Trade Mission provided product samples for tasting and further consideration.
During the negotiations, the supermarket representatives declared their readiness to purchase Kyrgyz honey and drinking water.
"The negotiations were held in a constructive manner, which allows us to count on further cooperation and strengthening the position of Kyrgyz products in the Uzbek market. Our products are distinguished by high taste qualities and naturalness, and we are pleased to open new horizons and opportunities for business representatives," Almaz Temirbekov, the trade representative of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Republic of Uzbekistan said.
