Bishkek, Jan.22, 2025. /Kabar/. The World Bank notes the positive effect of reforms in Kyrgyzstan. Yntymak Ordo hosted a meeting between Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev and World Bank Regional Director for Central Asia Taiana Proskuryakova.

During the meeting, the parties noted the productivity of joint work and emphasized the interest in increasing cooperation.

WB representative Tatiana Proskuryakova emphasized the serious economic achievements of the country, which were achieved through deep and systemic transformations.

“Our pace of cooperation will by no means decrease, but only accelerate. I would also like to congratulate the Kyrgyz Government on the results you have been able to achieve. Five years ago we could not even dream of such a thing - such a steady rate of economic growth, an increase in the welfare of the population and the reform program that the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic is promoting. I think these are remarkable achievements, they cannot be underestimated. This is a very difficult reform program, but it is necessary. And it opens new horizons of cooperation and financing for us. We are working very well together in all areas, and the results are already visible,” said Tatiana Proskuryakova.
